Responsibilities:
- Work on short-term contracts ranging from four weeks to six months, both in office and on client sites.
- Gather information, analyse, strategise, and deliver recommendations in collaboration with the wider team.
- Work alongside a Partner or Managing Partner to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Independently structure and carry out analysis within a specific workstream end-to-end.
- Create high-quality visual material and synthesize information to support problem-solving.
- Deliver high-quality, client-ready end products to agreed timeframes.
- Manage delivery for own workstream and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead interviews and meetings with clients to clearly present findings.
- Build relationships with clients and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
- Contribute effectively to internal and client meetings, focusing on objectives and time management.
- Support the planning and facilitation of focus groups and workshops to address change management.
Requirements:
- At least two years of consulting experience in healthcare.
- At least two years of experience at a top-tier consultancy or within a healthcare system.
- Bachelor’s degree; an advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly both orally and in writing.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to manage and deliver workstream plans independently.
