Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day team needs for one of the most sought-after teams in the agency.
• Contribute to The Bridge, Golin’s real-time and relevance engine, offering trend analysis, media and consumer insights, and creative inspiration.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in how brands engage on platforms like TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Stay up-to-date on the news and emerging trends and keep team members informed of the evolving social and cultural landscape.
• Assess and vet influencers and creators for brand safety risks.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and partners who work with the team.
• Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with team members to deliver excellent work on behalf of clients.
• Project manage ongoing marketing programs, working with team members and utilizing workflow management tools like Asana.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR/communications, business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of digital/social media experience.
• Understanding of the social media landscape and the basic mechanics of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram/Threads, X, Pinterest, Reddit, and YouTube).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for uncovering the latest social, digital, and cultural trends.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Well-versed in AP style.
• Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Percolate, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Spredfast, CreatorIQ).
• Comfortable working remotely with team members located in other cities and time zones.
• A detail-oriented approach to work.
