Associate Client Success Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Be the project manager for program launches and manage multi-faceted programs
• Manage internal expectations as well as those of your clients
• Prepare recurring client reports, analyze and present key results
• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of demand management and DERs
• Assist client success team members in day-to-day tasks and ad hoc projects
• Creatively problem-solve when difficult situations arise
• Maintain consistent and frequent communication with stakeholders
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated success working directly with clients (min. 2 years)
• Project management experience with multitasking ability
• Analytical, yet creative and curious mind
• Ability to build trust and foster outstanding client relationships
• A BS or BA degree
• Experience managing multiple high-priority projects
• At least 2-3 years in technology services or customer success
• Experience working in renewable energy or adjacent industries preferred
