Responsibilities
- Collaborate with General Counsel and executive team on priorities
- Draft and negotiate various contracts including NDAs and agreements
- Lead claims and litigation processes related to property and insurance
- Advise on contract compliance and resolve disputes with vendors
- Work with business teams on initiatives and transactions
- Advise on legal and policy matters
- Liaise with outside law firms and manage legal service delivery
- Support creation of policies and compliance plans
Requirements
- JD, Bar certified, and eligible for Colorado Bar
- 4+ years of experience in law firm or in-house environment
- In-house experience with contract drafting, litigation, or regulatory compliance
- Understanding of growth companies and experience with business teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience navigating complex legal and business issues
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
