Associate Customer Support Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for basic technical support and product inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service for tier 1 tickets via phone
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of fleet management software
• Investigate complex software issues and escalate to appropriate teams
• Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer or technical support, preferably in software
• In-depth knowledge of fleet management software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for support
