Associate Director, Global Value Engagement Full Time

Description:

• Develop, sell, and deliver global value engagement market access consultancy solutions.
• Lead and manage client projects, including content development and project leadership.
• Create payer value propositions and communication toolkits to shift payer beliefs.
• Conduct payer depth interviews, advisory boards, and strategy workshops.
• Deliver global value pack resources, payer value strategy, and payer documentation.
• Demonstrate high-impact scientific storytelling and deliverables.
• Ensure technical accuracy and critical appraisal in market access strategic thinking.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in specialist market access consultancy.
• Proven track record in payer value strategy projects and value communication.
• Experience in client management, project leadership, and content delivery.
• Expertise in interpreting clinical and health economic data.
• Experience writing global value dossiers, payer value propositions, and HTA submissions.
• Experience advising clients on global market access strategy.
• Ability to innovate and lead transformation in the sector.
