Associate Product Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Product representative for resolving FIC-related support questions
• Conduct product research and investigations with engineers
• Communicate issue resolutions with stakeholders
• Build and execute prioritization framework for product issues
• Improve efficiency in solving FIC product-related issues

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and eager to learn
• Prior experience in product management preferred
• Excellent communication and project progress updates with stakeholders
• Familiar with spreadsheet and basic office tools
• Familiar with Jira
