Summary:
- The Associate Project Manager (APM) works in tandem with the Enterprise Eligibility Data Project Management (EEDPM) team to support the completion of projects focused on client eligibility data management.
- APMs participate in all phases of the project management process and run smaller projects themselves.
- Responsibilities include scheduling and conducting internal and client-facing meetings, communicating assignments, and tracking project deliverables to ensure quality and integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects lasting 1-3 months.
- Maintain and monitor project plans and resources.
- Organize and attend stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare presentation materials, document, and follow up on important actions and decisions.
- Navigate project changes, remove barriers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Estimate resources, develop project plans, and facilitate client change orders.
- Resolve or escalate issues tactfully and communicate effectively with project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations, or related field (preferred) or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours to support UK, International, and US projects.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures.
- Exposure to project delivery and management.
- Working towards PMP certification (or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Experience with JIRA, Monday.com, or other project management tools is a plus.
- Must remain organized and collaborate across functions such as sales, IT, finance, and marketing.
