Responsibilities
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance for BaaS initiatives, including federal and state laws
- Stay updated on banking and lending regulations, legislation, and trends
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree and admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- 3+ years in banking/financial services, ideally with law firm experience
- Experience with consumer lending and/or payments
- Ability to balance competing risks and collaborate for efficient outcomes
- Strong judgment, communication skills, and cross-functional alignment
- Intellectually curious self-starter
