Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Salesforce operations including data models, migrations, quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues for internal teams
- Assist in developing and customizing solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Apply best practices in integration, deployment, and testing
- Collaborate with global teams to meet deadlines and mission goals
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance user experience and application performance
- Work with internal departments to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs
- Gain experience with technologies like Visualforce, Apex, and others
- Be part of the operations on-call support team
- Work in an on-call environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ)
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, Force.com APIs
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Eagerness to learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development
- Understanding of Salesforce platform and ability to communicate technical concepts
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or with Salesforce integration
- Interest in designing solutions with a focus on usability and simplicity
- Salesforce certifications or familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud preferred
- Experience or exposure to Salesforce OmniStudio is a plus
