Responsibilities
- Support Strategic Account Managers in ensuring customer success
- Facilitate implementation and configuration of ClassPass for Strategic customers
- Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and ensure exceptional service
- Execute tasks as directed by Strategic Account Managers
- Aid team members in utilizing product features and services
- Coordinate resolution of customer inquiries related to service or products
- Recognize gaps in workflow and product utilization; develop solutions
- Accurately track time spent on customer engagements and support interactions
- Meet internal and external deadlines with professionalism
- Collaborate internally to develop and share best practices
- Advocate for customer needs and suggest process improvements
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in high-level customer technical support or service role
- SaaS company experience preferred; 2 years is preferred
- Project management or coordination experience preferred
- Ability to quickly grasp industry, company, product, and technical knowledge
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions
- Experience writing technical procedures and presenting information
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
- Familiarity with Mindbody, Basic SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and API is a bonus
