- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within all accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI

- Build analysis and insights on customer segments and usage behavior
- Communicate organizational vision and strategy effectively
- Drive organizational results through the Happiness & Product Adoption teams
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Senior and Executive-level customer contacts
- Understanding of Internet and web applications
- Well-organized with high attention to detail
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS is an added advantage
