Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and complex training to healthcare professionals and the sales team.
• Drive business development in selected regions and accounts.
• Develop and implement tenders’ activities and manage product inclusion in regional formularies.
• Facilitate training programs on Convatec products both face-to-face and remotely.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop and implement strategic account and product plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing for product launches.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

Requirements:

• HCP degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare field.
• Master’s or post-degree in advanced wound care is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
• Understanding of sales and tender processes.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Travel expectations: 60–80%, predominantly in Spain, with occasional international travel.
