Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts and understand their technology needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and customer preferences to enhance offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
