Responsibilities:
- Harness advanced analysis frameworks and RAG vector databases to swiftly identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate product defects with precision.
- Orchestrate AI development agents to architect, construct, and launch groundbreaking features within our cloud-native ecosystem.
- Sync with our international engineering collective to deliver enterprise solutions that exceed quality expectations.
- Pioneer AI-powered capabilities that optimize operational workflows and equip service providers with next-generation toolsets.
Requirements:
- Genuine AI-First Philosophy (candidates who view AI as merely supplementary to traditional coding rather than the primary development approach need not apply).
- Minimum 4 years of commercial software engineering experience, specifically developing production-grade server-side web applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency with GenAI coding assistants (such as Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) in professional environments.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable, significant business impact.
- Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, Golang, C++, Python, IaC, CI/CD, AWS.
