Banking Partner Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global banking partners
• Support day-to-day partner management and organizational tasks
• Complete banking partner application forms and collate necessary documentation
• Assist with KYC onboarding and due diligence with new and existing partners
• Project manage the implementation of new banking partners
• Assist in negotiating commercial and service terms with partners and vendors
• Research and explore new markets, payment rails, and banking providers
• Collaborate with Product and Operations teams for smooth integration
• Become subject matter expert and support Commercial and Operational Teams
• Monitor performance and suitability of banking partners after launch

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Fintech, payments, banking, or crypto space
• Knowledge of domestic and cross-border schemes (FPS, SEPA, SWIFT, etc.)
• Commercial mindset and great attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive multitasking ability
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
