Benefits Administration Delivery Analyst with Dutch Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the benefits administration.
• Resolves cases and enters benefits data in the system.
• Collaborates with the client to resolve requests.
• Provides input in process design and technology.
• Contributes to projects utilizing project management.
• Takes an active part in Process Transition.
• Works daily with colleagues, providers, and clients.
• Develops reports utilizing data extraction tools.
• Problem solves issues in benefits system functionality.
• Executes test plans to ensure client plan rules.
• Provides creative solutions to improve client delivery.
• Participates in system testing during UAT.
• Oversees and coaches others with specific projects.
• Leads projects utilizing project management disciplines.

Requirements:

• English Language – C1 Level required.
• Dutch Language – C1 level required.
• At least 3 years in Benefits Administration/HR.
• Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Good understanding of customer experience.
• Understands the project life cycle and deployment.
• High level exposure in fast paced environment.
• Great time management skills.
• Experience in MS Office is a must.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Working experience in Benify or SHARP system.
• High self-motivation and proactivity required.
• Spotless record and strong ethos required.
