Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and ETL systems using tools like Domo, AWS, and Airflow.
Guide departments in making smart, data-driven decisions.
Use SQL, Python, or other programming languages to analyze and manipulate data.
Support strategic decision-making with actionable insights.
Create value out of data generated by employees, clients, and consumers.
Develop visualizations to translate complex datasets into business insights.
Make data accessible to everyone in the company, helping teams measure success and focus on ROI-driven results.
Implement data governance and privacy standards across platforms.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, AI, Mathematics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in any BI or Data roles.
Strong knowledge of data structures, databases, and SQL.
Familiarity with BI concepts and the data life cycle.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive with great initiative and work ethic.
Full English working proficiency (verbal and written).
Strong analytical skills and a getting-things-done mentality.
Eagerness to use and create valuable data insights using the latest technologies in BI and Data Science.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Interest in health, fitness, nutrition, productivity, and/or workplace wellness is a plus.
Good communication skills to work remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Must be based in Spain.

Remote working from Spain, with the company office based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
23 paid vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract).
