Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and management of master agreements and contracts
- Review and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with government contract terms
- Liaise with agencies, clients, and internal departments
- Monitor contract performance and obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or Law degree
- Fluency in English required; French preferred
- Minimum 3 years of contract management experience
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
