Bilingual Client Retention Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Beyond Finance’s debt program benefits, process, and options
• Empathize with and deescalate upset clients, addressing their concerns
• Use CRM system to access and manage client information and records
• Assess clients’ financial situations and determine debt-free solutions
• Collaborate with clients to develop customized solutions and retain them
• Meet or exceed retention targets, earning commissions based on client success
• Provide top-notch customer service over the phone and through other tools

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required
• Experience in retention, sales, or collections required
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree a plus
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient and calm under pressure
• Effective negotiation and deescalation skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency
• Strong customer focus and adaptability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Willingness to adapt and learn new financial solutions
