Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email.
- Follow best practices for handling member inquiries.
- De-escalate member concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accuracy in written communication.
- Capture member information and keep clear records.
Requirements:
- Must be located in the United States.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
- Proficient with Zendesk and G Suite tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail in all tasks.
- Comfortable using macOS and troubleshooting issues.
- Available for a 9-hour shift between 8 AM – 8 PM ET.
Benefits:
- Salary: $17-19.50/hour.
