Responsibilities:
- Manage patient records, including entering and updating patient information.
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments.
- Handle billing and insurance claims, including submitting claims and following up on outstanding claims.
- Assist patients with questions regarding treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Coordinate with dental providers and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
- Assist with general office duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a dental administrative role preferred.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, billing, and insurance processes.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide your own computer equipment to work from home / Windows computer ONLY, NO Mac computers.
