Bilingual Outbound Call Center Rep – Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule healthcare evaluations
• Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand terms, and handle rebuttals
• Meet daily goals: 300-400 dials, 24 appointments, quality targets
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
• Monitor performance results and report member complaints
• Participate in peer coaching and follow HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required
• Previous outbound call center or high volume experience preferred
• Desire to work in a results-oriented environment
• Good communication skills, friendly and conversational
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and strong computer skills
• Proficiency in English
