Responsibilities:
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
- Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them regularly.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on ABA methodologies.
- Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
- Analyze ABA data to implement program adjustments.
- Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
- Regularly communicate with parents and collaborate on ABA strategies.
- Coordinate with Program Managers to maintain quality outcomes for cases.
- Provide parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification given by the BACB.
- Experience working with children with autism.
