Responsibilities:

• Record bank transactions.
• Process accounts payable.
• Manage accounts receivable.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Facilitate payroll processing.
• Provide internal support.
• File sales tax.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Handle additional requests from the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping processes and accounting software.
• Comfortable working in a remote, independent contractor position.
• Full-time commitment with the flexibility to start between 5 AM and 6 AM EST.
