Brand Production Manager Full Time

Summary:

• ActivTrak is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Brand Production Manager to manage brand production initiatives, including digital campaigns, content, design production, and events.
• The role requires multitasking abilities, confident decision-making, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in managing projects within a B2B software or technology environment is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Regularly update and manage brand documentation such as the brand guide, writing guide, and other supporting materials.
• Manage external designers, agencies, and budgets to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate them into creative strategies.
• Maintain a brand-focused company presence across social channels, including third-party product review sites.
• Collaborate with the web team on design updates to ensure a cohesive brand presence on the company website.
• Conceptualize creative design concepts that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
• Manage the creative design process, including ads, marketing collateral, web graphics, videos, and presentations.
• Ensure seamless coordination among internal teams and outsourced contractors for on-time delivery.
• Make strategic decisions to streamline production cycles, reduce costs, and eliminate duplication.
• Oversee design system upkeep and organization to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Manage content archives and establish refresh processes for assets.
• Collaborate with HR to manage branded swag inventory.
• Oversee all aspects of event presence, including sponsorships, booth logistics, and speaker preparation.
• Attend and support both in-person and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage the master event schedule and budget, ensuring accuracy.
• Track and analyze event performance and ROI for future planning.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working with or managing projects in a B2B software or technology environment.
• Strong background in managing external vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in tracking and reporting event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Monday.com, Figma, WordPress, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with a sharp focus on accuracy and quality.
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools.
