Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a pipeline of potential partners and clients.
• Source new business opportunities monthly.
• Assist in developing propositions and client awareness.
• Identify and prioritise potential clients and agency teams.
• Work closely with senior management to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with Editorial, Production, Data, and Creators.
• Manage the sales process and client/creator alignment.
• Respond to briefs promptly, meeting client needs.
• Adapt to market trends and adjust propositions accordingly.
• Report results, performance, and campaign conversion.

Requirements:

• Passion for the Creator Economy and YouTube education.
• Understanding of YouTube operations and revenue maximisation.
• Self-motivated and capable of independent and team work.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
