Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert on ACA products and services.
- Receive opportunities from Account Executives and see them to closure.
- Serve as a consultative seller, aligning solutions with customer needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals quarterly.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify additional market opportunities.
- Respond to bid and proposal opportunities.
- Devise innovative selling techniques to drive the business forward.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and nurture leads.
- Present ACA’s offerings confidently to clients and prospects.
- Negotiate engagement terms with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members of varying strengths and personalities.
Requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales.
- Passion or experience with the compliance industry.
- Strong understanding of industry, market, and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and able to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Highly motivated, organized, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
