Business Analyst (Contract) Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Document and map current business processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance process efficiency.
• Recommend changes and automation for workflows.
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize user requirements.
• Convert business needs into technical specifications.
• Manage requirement changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Work closely with IT, operations, and risk teams.
• Facilitate workshops with key users.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with end-users.
• Ensure final deliverables align with business objectives.
• Assess the impact of changes on processes and systems.
• Create implementation and training plans.
• Monitor adoption and usage of new solutions.
