Responsibilities
- Manage multiple HR products and support cross-functional teams
- Act as liaison between business partners and IT
- Plan and manage HR projects, evaluate business processes
- Develop risk models, improve effectiveness, and quality
- Document business and technical specifications for system development
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Maintain system protocols and user documentation
- Provide help desk support and training to users
Requirements
- 7+ years of business/software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Experience with HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday
- Knowledge of HRIS implementations, Agile methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and challenge the status quo
