Responsibilities
- Provide general sales operations support by owning GTM meeting agendas and minutes
- Support GTM leadership by ensuring alignment on GTM strategies and objectives
- Analyze business needs and devise strategies to facilitate stakeholder collaboration
- Work with Revenue Enablement to improve GTM processes
- Provide data-driven insights to stakeholders using internal and external data
- Analyze performance data, maintain dashboards, and improve efficiency
- Support GTM initiatives and ensure coordinated efforts across sales and client cycles
- Provide administrative support to the CRO, including calendar management and business expenses
- Oversee CRO’s business travel logistics, aligning with T&E Policy
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in GTM Operations or Strategy and Operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce Administration strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to track complex projects and deadlines
- Experience with market research projects a plus
- Ability to complete tasks with urgency and high proficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proven ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- English written and spoken fluency required
