Business Analyst II Full Time

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership to identify dashboard and metric needs
• Communicate timelines, value, and risks related to new development or enhancements
• Define data requirements for dashboard projects and resolve blockers
• Provide additional analysis to add value to metrics
• Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with team functions for end-to-end coordination
• Complete all responsibilities and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Business Intelligence software, Tableau preferred
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification preferred
• Strong background in managing small to medium projects independently
• Highly analytical, well-organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Experience developing and distributing performance reports
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehouse principles
