Responsibilities:
- Create technical design specifications, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Implement best practices for documentation in agile delivery teams.
- Work in agile teams, understanding the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer to support development teams.
- Support client stakeholders with the creation of updates and executive presentations.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of proven experience as a BA or BSA in technology projects, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in creating technical diagrams (data flow, sequence, architecture, etc.).
- 5 or more years of experience with technical documentation and best practices in agile environments.
- Familiarity with working in agile teams, with understanding of the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including the creation of executive presentations and status reports.
- Experience using agile documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Advanced English proficiency – daily communication with international teams in meetings.
