Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business needs and technical requirements for blockchain payment solutions.
- Utilize structured methodologies (e.g., interviews, workshops, stakeholder meetings) to elicit detailed requirements.
- Serve as a key technical liaison for customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Gather and address client feedback to refine solutions and processes.
- Provide support for client needs after the sales cycle, extending beyond go-live.
- Convert business requirements into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that delivered solutions align with customer expectations and organizational goals.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation (e.g., Business Requirements Documents, use cases, workflows, process diagrams).
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Stay informed about Web3 and blockchain payment trends to guide decision-making and contribute to innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements gathering for Web3 and blockchain payment solution vendors.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, successfully managing client interactions and expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable technical insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including expertise in developing workflows, process maps, and use cases.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a hands-on approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to drive results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
