Responsibilities:
- Independently implement proven portfolio management concepts including business and IT alignment, prioritization, budgeting, governance, and service delivery.
- Demonstrate high aptitude for problem-solving methodologies for complex issues using data-driven decision-making practices.
- Identify opportunities to refine data collection methods and improve the overall portfolio management reporting process.
- Provide support in evaluating and analyzing multiple portfolios of IT-related work.
- Focus on strategy, writing strategic plans, CONOPS, operations plans, and similar documents.
Requirements:
- Expertise in MS Power Platform or a similar solution for creating apps, automating workflows, and data visualization (PL-900 certification required).
- Experience with implementing or operating a modern, lightweight governance model for complex cross-divisional projects.
- Technical experience in digitizing legacy processes, automating tasks, and developing prototypes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Mastery of portfolio management tools and the ability to communicate effectively with senior-level personnel.
- Process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
- 6 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an FDIC MBI Public Trust clearance.
