Business Development and Sales Director Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Development and Sales functions in North America and Europe
• Manage daily coordination and reporting of BD and Sales processes
• Guide and mentor BD and Sales team members to meet targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence
• Drive key BD & Sales deals from lead generation to new business
• Identify and capture business opportunities in the industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships while growing key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business goals

Requirements

• Fully remote, based in North America, flexible with work arrangements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
• Proven track record in closing important deals
• In-depth knowledge of DeFi, blockchain, and crypto areas
• Excellent planning and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify technical data into clear ideas
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Creative and entrepreneurial with excellent teamwork skills
