Business Development Graduate Full Time

Summary:

CSG, a global leader in customer experience solutions, seeks a Business Development Graduate to join its 2025 Graduate Program in Centurion, South Africa. For over 40 years, CSG has empowered brands to solve business challenges, fostering a culture of integrity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Customize solutions to address client requirements and objectives.
• Assist with drafting sales prospecting plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Pre-qualify customers based on company’s business model, current strategic initiatives, AI analytical recommendations, and “CSG customer fit” guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/technical or related field.
• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• South African Identification document.
• CV and Cover Letter.
