Business Development Lead – Cycles Protocol Full Time
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-potential partners for Cycles
- Manage a pipeline of leads to develop relationships and close deals
- Drive revenue across go-to-market channels and maximize user growth
- Collaborate with product and marketing leads to address key product gaps
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Business Development experience
- 1+ years of BD experience in crypto, DeFi protocol, or Web3 payments
- Track record in sourcing, building pipelines, and closing deals
- Success in cultivating relationships and engaging with senior management
- Expertise in negotiating partnership deals and navigating commercial dimensions
- Understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi
- Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior executives
