Develop and execute a new sales strategy for the curriculum & assessment offering, leading education sales strategy for Brightwheel.
Build and maintain a high-performing sales funnel, developing relationships with state leaders, writing RFPs, and driving strategic outreach.
Drive sales cycles, win six to seven-figure contracts, and manage complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers.
Work with senior management to identify gaps and make Brightwheel’s offering the best in early education.

7+ years of experience in business development and strategy.
Experience in enterprise sales and large quota attainment in the education sector.
Experience with non-profit or government grants and funding is a plus.
Proven self-starter with the ability to build sales motions from 0 to 1.
Comfortable working independently in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
