Summary:
National University is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in the Bay Area. The role involves developing strategic partnerships with organizations such as community colleges, corporations, public safety agencies, and healthcare providers, to expand access to National University’s programs and services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new partnerships to promote National University’s educational offerings.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for growth.
- Research and engage potential markets within your territory to drive enrollment and program awareness.
- Lead outreach efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organizational objectives and ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably within the education sector.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must reside in the Bay Area, California, and be willing to travel regionally as needed.
