Business Development Manager Temporary

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute sales strategy, including lead generation and closing sales
• Meet new clients, research their needs, and provide solutions
• Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies
• Cooperate on improving the offering and sales process
• Proactively build sales plans and generate leads

Requirements

• At least 4 years of B2B sales experience with enterprise and start-ups
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Knowledge of inbound sales
• Impressive communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, driven, self-starter with optimism and humor
• Near-native English proficiency (min. C1)
• Tech-savvy with a deep understanding of the IT environment
