Business Development Manager – BeNeLux Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Benelux region, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and product development teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Regional Sales Director, marketing, and product development teams.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally in medical device sales with a focus on bariatric and/or aesthetic medicine.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting sales targets.
• Strong networking skills with an established network of contacts.
• High accountability and urgency in goal achievement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaborative relationships.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in Belgium, with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
