Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction in an assigned geographical territory.
• Promote LendingOne’s products and services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Act as a consultant to borrowers/clients, educating them on LendingOne’s products and services.
• Collect and analyze borrowers’ assets and investments and advise on the advantages and disadvantages of LendingOne financial products.
• Guide borrowers through the investment process, including how to qualify for business with LendingOne.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with borrowers, offering excellent service and securing repeat business.
• Screen potential business deals to protect LendingOne’s assets and capital investors by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements.
• Develop long-term relationships with new customers by evaluating risks and potential in recommended deals and estimating clients’ needs and goals.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customers’ needs.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, timelines, and stipulations.
• Ensure the proper collection of required documents and closing schedules.
• Work closely with the operations team during the closing process.
• Close new business by contacting potential partners in a lead-generated environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate lending space (conventional/nonQM/mortgage insurance, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high-net-worth clientele.
• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Experience building client relationships by phone.
• Preferred: Minimum 5 years of professional real estate consultative sales experience with high-net-worth clientele.
• Preferred: Minimum 3 years in business-to-business sales.
• Experience in commercial and residential mortgage lending.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and time management.
• High attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Comfort with working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
