Summary:

• Bark recruiting+ is seeking a Business Development Manager for the DACH region, focusing on flow measurement, pressure measurement, and pyrometer technologies.
• The role offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts in Germany and the DACH region, working with high-quality products in a self-directed manner.

• The role is home-based, with travel required in the DACH region, and offers a performance-based annual target salary.

Responsibilities:

• Use your expertise in flow and pressure measurement technologies to identify areas where improvements can be made with high-quality products.
• Independently develop and manage sales strategies for the German and DACH markets, starting with Germany and expanding to the DACH region.
• Work closely with colleagues in technical support, product management, and international business development managers.
• Engage directly with customers, conducting both virtual and on-site presentations to promote the products.
• Utilize your established network to strategically place products and address customer needs by offering tailored solutions.
• Contribute to building the German market presence, reflecting the company’s growth and success in the region.

Requirements:

• Technical education or degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, automation technology, chemistry, physics, fluid technology, or similar fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development in the DACH region, especially in process measurement technology (fluid, flow, pressure measurement).
• Experience in sales with major suppliers like WIKA, ABB, E+H, Yokogawa, Emerson, Samsung, Krohne, Kobold, EGE, Keyence, Bourdon, Mecon is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• High willingness to travel (minimum 50%).
• Experience in building and growing a new location or market is highly desirable.
