- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
- Analyse sales data and provide insights for performance optimisation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar business development role
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets and KPIs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel
