Business Development Manager Full Time

Summary:

  • Superside is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic development initiatives and effective management of the BDR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, lead, and motivate your team of BDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Ops team on analytics to make strategic decisions that help BDRs hit targets.
  • Connect with Marketing to develop and execute strategies to acquire more leads for the Account Executives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with Sales Enablement programs to enhance skills for the BDRs.
  • Identify and make recommendations for processes and campaign improvements.
  • Help construct career paths for team members and guide them in their development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development (full-cycle sales) and team management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • A process-oriented, analytical, and data-informed work approach.
  • Experience with Enterprise segment will be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
