Business Development Representative – Account Executive Full Time

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and create outreach strategies
• Identify and nurture sales opportunities to convert to sales
• Conduct enterprise-level prospecting through calls, emails, and social media
• Develop high-level understanding of Kolme Group’s products and services
• Deliver basic product demos and drive conversation toward closing
• Work collaboratively with the Sales Director on prospecting strategies
• Conduct qualification assessments and discovery meetings
• Negotiate prices and terms, preparing sales agreements
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of successful business-to-business sales experience
• Previous SaaS sales experience is highly desired
• Customer-facing work experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field is helpful but not required
• Must be located in the United States and legally able to work
