- The core mission of the Business Development Representative: The BDR plays a vital role in building the sales pipeline to ensure the success and growth of our B2B solutions.
- As a BDR at HTB, your primary focus will involve conducting extensive market research to discover new potential business clients and initiating contact with them.
- The remaining time will be dedicated to qualifying leads through calls and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective BDR campaigns encompassing messages, calls, and emails.
- You’ll be part of a diverse APAC team, including 6 individuals with varied expertise, contributing to the creation of a robust sales pipeline.
- You’ll report to our APAC VP Sales, who will guide your growth in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Have a direct impact on the team’s success, as the first point of contact for new HTB customers.
- Become a product expert and a brand ambassador for HTB.
- Collaborate with Marketing and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team.
- Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach methods to improve the generation of leads.
- Contact potential clients through various means of communication.
- Explore and identify client needs and match them with appropriate products/services.
Requirements:
- Professional experience with sales and clear sales career orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You are self-motivated, resourceful with a can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- You are comfortable talking to strangers and are an expert in making the first contact and building valuable relationships.
- A positive and proactive attitude is essential.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques.
- Experience with a CRM and email automation tools is a good plus.
