Summary:

  • The role focuses on managing inbound lead activity, conducting outbound sales efforts, qualifying active buying interest, and developing opportunities within prospect accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company revenue growth by prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities to create sales-ready leads.
  • Conduct strategic research on prospects to identify key players and gather additional information for the customer pipeline.
  • Work with Sales leaders to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging initiatives to drive new business opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects via multiple channels such as telephone, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging.
  • Update prospect interactions in CRM for efficient lead management and pipeline analysis.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to meet territory revenue objectives.
  • Leverage internal resources to improve lead qualification and meeting-setting skills.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure process optimization.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of business development and/or sales experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Customer-focused, highly responsive, and results-driven.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients.
  • Interest in pursuing a successful sales career within the software solution industry.
