Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in shaping the outbound business development strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales, Head of Sales Development, and CEO.
- Design the outbound playbook, including templates, scripts, and processes for onboarding new Sales hires.
- Participate in ongoing enablement to develop a deep understanding of Superblocks and turn that knowledge into customized outreach.
- Research and map prospective new accounts for strategic outreach using a modern stack and the autonomy to evaluate and onboard new tools.
- Set, achieve, and measure specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly metrics to meet top-of-funnel pipeline and sales goals.
- Travel to high-profile trade shows in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London to engage new prospects and drive new business.
